CM Weapon Adjustments

CM was updated with the following changes:
-Added Mk4.5 ‘Eightball’ Sniper Rifle.
-Changed graphic for restored MAS Pulse Carbine and MK6 Sniper Rifle.
-Added restored MAS Fusion Rifle, Gauss Rifle, and Fmk45 Rocket Launcher.
-Added restored version of Psionic Mega Blast.
-All restored weapons now weigh 0.2 less than their regular equivalents.
-Mind Storm fire delay changed from 70 to 110.

Crashing EOL won’t be any more fun than Crashing Cm either, Fixing the crash problem is most urgent matter at hand

The changes are nice stop being an ass. Helps people with cash and don’t know what to do with it. Or aliens with 2million stock piled.
