The problem with FF, and this will become more apparent after meds are taken away, is that they have a lot of hp, but not so many reliable ways to regenerate it. Weak armor means they lose a lot of health in battles, and slow recharge means first aiding twice is not much of an option. Currently, this makes them a suicide attack class, rather than a crowner.

Therefore, I propose replacing First Aid with "Battlefield Aid", which is first aid that does 40hp, just for FF. Description: Prolonged firsthand experience in the field has made the Freedom Fighter better experienced at patching up his or her wounds. (This is first aid that does 40hp for 300 energy.) Better name suggestions welcome.

The counterargument, and I think this may be valid, is that FF may already be too strong. Thoughts welcome.
