Kleos Conquest
Background:
Titan and Collective forces wage war against each other for control of the planet Kleos. After mineral deposits had been discovered on the planet Kleos, Titan Militia and Collective Military both made claims to this planet. When several diplomatic attempts at a peaceful compromise failed, Titan’s secretary of war Jake Syco offered the idea of a controlled small-scale war in a secluded valley of the planet as a solution to minimize the massive bloodshed that had been so common in previous conflicts. Collective’s General Naivatco concurred and began drafting up terms that included the selection of weapons, equipments, tanks, and aircrafts the soldiers could use as well as the conditions of victory. Several months of heated debates over these issues until a complete agreement was reached. Only one question remained: Do you have what it takes to compete against the best in this ultimate conquest?
Objective:
At the start of the game, both teams will have control over one base (top left and bottom right) and four outposts (located in corresponding valleys). The objective is to capture each outpost in their path towards the enemy team’s base. An outpost can only be captured if all outposts preceding it have been captured and secured first. The first team to succesfully push the opposing team back into their base and control all 13 outposts will be declared victorious.
Gameplay:
This zone offers near instant battles through its dynamic outpost warping system. Once an outpost has been secured, players may use a warp terminal located at their base to teleport to it. This system eliminates the long walks to action seen in other zones.
The combat in Kleos Conquest was designed to be a combination of the best attributes of several existing zones such as Skirmish and Capture the Flag, in fact several classic weapons from these make reappearances in KQ. This zone features rich outdoor combat including flanking and support from all kinds of vehicles as well intense indoor base attacking and defending. Perhaps you rather just pilot an aircraft and engage in nerve-racking dog fights or go behind enemy lines and take out key personnel. This zone has it all.
